I suffered from plantar fasciitis, and could never find a shoe that seemed to help the problem of over-pronating. Finally, I found these babies, and I am back in the game. Lightweight, great balance, they hug the foot and keep me landing squarely. The absorbent cushioning also helped correct a little knee discomfort I felt during runs over 12km. They're equally good on both the treadmill and the road. They are not as breezy as other shoes (my Reeboks were great for letting in the breeze), but it's not like they're a sauna, either.I bought a size larger than usual to accommodate my orthotics, and I've heard it recommended to buy a half-size larger even ...
