as a heavy guy who is flat footed to the point that my footprint doesn't look human, i definately recommend these shoes. being in iraq as a soldier requires tough and sturdy running shoes. breaking them in i'd definately recommend, as the first run was hell for my feet in them. after about a week and maybe 12 miles on them i felt great wearing them. they are relatively flexible for the amount of the support they provide as well. these are my second pair of asics motion stability running shoes. the first pair left blisters where my arches should be. be prepared for that if its your first pair. your feet ...
