I'm an avid runner and average about 25 miles a week. I'm 5' 9" and weigh nearly 200lbs. I have been running on Asic's premium shoe, the Gel-Kayano series, for about 5 years now, and decided to "downgrade" to the GT series after my last pair of Kayanos didn't last very long. So far these shoes are great! Every bit the shoe the Kayano is without the premium price.
